Oh dear. I might have failed my February already! For the past week I’ve felt like I’ve had a bit of a sore throat, but I’ve been trying to kick it before it started by upping the vitamin c etc. However, last Saturday, I woke up and I knew I was getting sick. By the end of the day I was well and truely sick. I think I’ve over come it fairly quickly, but sofar this month I’ve missed out on 4 days of exercise so unless I work out every single day with out a rest… So this challenge has already gone down the toilet.
But hey, it’s not the end of the world. I’m still going to try to workout as much as I can this month. Starting today I’m going to do something low key, as I’m not 100% recovered. If anyone else out there is doing this Feb challenge, or one of their own, let me know how it’s going in the comments!
