What Is Rss?

Here is a simple video that explains what RSS is and how to use it:

Basically, an RSS Reader will check subscribed feeds regularly for new content, downloading any updates that it finds. So, any updates I make on my site will be sent automatically to your program. Personally, I use the Google Feed Reader.
